Hard Drive Shipping Instructions:

When you send in your defective drive, make sure it is packaged well. We recommend using an anti-static bag and a foam lined drive shipping box. If this is not available, you may wrap the drive in bubble wrap. Then pack it in a box of foam peanuts. Use at least 3 inches of padding on all sides of the drive. We accept deliveries from all carriers. Please use a service that has package tracking information available. Optionally, we can send you an empty shipping container.

Click on Services link and view the hard drive data recovery price list to determine the amount for your hard drive and our return shipping is included in the price so the total listed in the chart is the complete total cost.  

Recovery Guarantee:

NOTE: We guarantee if we can not recover any data, what so ever, from your hard drive we will refund the fee with the exception of any return shipping and handling. We will determine on a case by case basis if the guarantee applies and we are fair and honest with this policy.
